Oracle Spatial 空间分析操作函数——SDO_GEOM.SDO_NN
SDO_NN( sdo_Geometry1, sdo_Geometry2, ‘sdo_num_res’, Tolerance )：用于返回几何体sdo_Geometry2周边附近有什么其他几何体集。
参数说明:
sdo_Geometry1，sdo_Geometry2为空间数据对应的几何对象。
Tolerance: 容许的精度范围；
sdo_num_res＝n: 表示返回n个几何体，＝1表示只返回一个。
